Our Commitment

No greenwashing. Just the facts.

As one of the founding members of the Sustainable Furniture Council in 2006, we're dedicated to continually improving our materials and manufacturing process to reducing negative impacts on the environment. We believe in eco-friendly furniture for a better living space, constantly improving our practices to simplify sustainability for you.

Built for Good

Frames

Our frames are built from kiln-dried hardwoods sourced from sustainably managed domestic forests. We use wood with no added formaldehyde and assemble each frame with water-based, low-VOC glues—delivering cleaner indoor air and a more responsible, sustainable product.

Arm Cardboard is 100% recycled paperboard.

Fabric Selection

Offering an array of sustainable, upcycled/recycled fabrics, and PFAS (Forever Chemical) Free performance fabrics.

Cushions

We use CertiPUR-US certifed foams, made without harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, phthalates, or ozone depleters. They're low in VOCs for better indoor air quality and are rigorously tested for content, emissions, and durability.

Our cushions are thoughtfully engineered with sustainability in mind. Many include fiber made from 100% recycled water bottles or circularly recycled wraps. Foam layers are bonded using water-based glues—minimizing harmful chemicals while maximizing comfort, durability, and environmental responsibility in every seat.

Hardware

We build with intention, using springs made from recycled iron ore and nails that are uncoated and formed using a water-based lubricant. These thoughtful choices reduce waste, eliminate unnecessary chemicals, and reflect our commitment to more responsible, low-impact manufacturing—from the inside out.

Landfill Diversion

We’re not perfect, but we’re working every day to do better—for our planet, our people, and a better tomorrow.
