Black Chalk Home & Laundry is a unique home decor and gift boutique — in an even more unique building — located in Fredericksburg, TX. Black Chalk has been a member of the Rowe family of retailers since opening in 2017. Situated in a historic laundry building that had been previously closed for 25 years, Black Chalk is now a wonderland of eclectic furnishings and home goods curated by owner Jill Elliott.

"The laundry building had sat locked for 25 years and everyone in town loved the old building. The owners started fixing it up in early 2017 and even though I wasn't looking for another store, I felt called to do something in this great space."
