  • I have an upholstered piece of your furniture. Is there any way I can get a slipcover made from you for this piece?
    • We are sorry but we do not make slipcovers for regular upholstered pieces.
  • I have one of your slipcovered pieces of furniture and I would like to purchase a replacement slipcover. How do I purchase and what information do you need?
    • In order to help you, you can go to the “contact us” section and fill out the form with the required information including your serial number, style number, city and state and contact information. (serial and style number can be found on the law label located under your cushion) We will then contact you and better be able to assist you.
  • How to purchase extra yardage of fabric?
    • Please contact a local dealer in your area and they can assist you in ordering.
  • Can I order fabric swatches of the fabrics I see on your website?
    • Yes, please contact us and we can assist you with filling your swatch requests. Or visit a Rowe dealer in your area and they can do the same.
  • How do I file a warranty claim for my furniture?
    • All warranty claims should go through your dealer where you purchased your furniture. Please contact them for this claim and they will contact us to resolve your warranty issue.
  • How do I file a claim if my dealer is no longer in business?
    • Please go to the “contact us” on our home page. Fill out the form and explain the issue and submit. Customer Service will then contact you and help you with your claim.
  • I have had my piece of furniture for many years and would like to order new cushion cores. Is that possible?
    • Yes, please go to the “contact us” on our home page. Fill out the form and be sure to include the style and serial number for your product.
  • Can I change the legs on my current furniture?
    • Contact us to verify if the legs are removable.
  • How to find an authorized dealer in your area.
    • Please enter your zip code in the “Where to Buy” at the top right corner of the Home Page.
  • How to clean your furniture. (Including Slipcovers)
    • Please refer to the Fabrics Section on the Home Page. Your seat tag will indicate the cleaning code for your fabric and once you have the information you can follow the instructions according to that code. Please note that each fabric on your piece may have a different cleaning code.
    • In reference to slipcovers not all of the fabrics are washable please check fabric type before proceeding to wash.
  • How do I remove pilling from my fabric?
    • To remove pilling we recommend buying a sweater or fabric shaver to remove pilling from the furniture. Please note we can’t ensure this will completely fix your issue – pilling naturally occurs with many fabrics.
  • Can you provide me the cost of your furniture?
    • Our furniture is sold through authorized dealers and they will be able to provide you with pricing. Please enter your zip code in the “Where to Buy” on the Home Page to find a dealer nearest to you. They will be able to assist you with placing the order and providing pricing.
  • Are all current pieces of furniture on your website?
    • Yes, all styles that we carry can be found on our website. If you are not able to find what you are looking for please contact us or a dealer to confirm that the style is still current.
